PLEASE NOTE - WE WILL NEVER CONTACT YOU BY POST OR TELEPHONE (UNLESS RETURNING A MISSED CALL). WHEN CALLING THE HOSTS, ANY PRIVATE / WITHHELD NUMBERS MAY NOT BE ANSWERED. ALL COMMUNICATION IS VIA EMAIL OR DIRECT MESSAGING.
PRIVACY: ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED IN THIS REGISTRATION AND AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) WILL BE KEPT STRICTLY CONFIDENTIAL IN ACCORDANCE WITH APPLICABLE LAW.
This is an application and agreement to become an attendee at a Pleasure Pursuit party, hosted by the proprietors and their Personal Assistant.
We retain the right to decline applications or refuse admission at all times and without requirement to explain our decisions.

For background, Pleasure Pursuit is a clothing-optional, private community for those 21yrs and older. Clothing-optional means that once you log-in to this platform or attend an event, you may encounter nudity.
If the expression of nudity or intimacy of any nature offends you, or you believe that there is a potential for you to be offended, you should not register and you should leave this site immediately.
Pleasure Pursuit parties are for likeminded people to enjoy social interactions. We do NOT employ adult workers, we do NOT sell pornography and we do NOT permit our attendees to sell, promote or advertise pornographic content, including, but not restricted to photographs and videos. Further, it does NOT permit the promotion of third party streaming services, solicitation or escort servcies. All forms of contact with attendees in breach of these terms, will be terminated with immediate effect.

BY COMPLETING AND SUBMITTING THE CONTACT US FORM; You confirm that you understand and do not discriminate against the choices made by other party attendees, are not offended by nudity and you understand and consent that your participation in ANY party activity, is in a private and individual capacity and of your own free will and without coercion.
Where the CONTACT US has been submitted for a couple, you warrant that BOTH PEOPLE are aware of the information being sent to PLEASURE PURSUIT and you have fully consented to its submission.
You confirm that you are not members of the media or working with members of the media, in any covert manner (or have made the hosts aware of the fact that you are and have received advance permission to attend) and if you are employed in that capacity, that attendance is genuine and not intended to expose or prejudice other attendees.
You understand and agree that you may not discuss any aspect of the parties, the website or any details of attendees without the consent of the hosts and those attendees.
We reserve the right to refuse entry at any time and without explanation, if we the hosts, or our staff feel that an attendees conduct is unbecoming and not in the best interests of the brand or other attendees.
In confirming your agreement to these Terms, YOU CONFIRM that you UNDERSTAND and ACCEPT that YOU are wholly responsible for your own sexual wellbeing at all times within events and/or online. You acknowledge that you will verbally seek and agree consent before any interaction with another attendee. You will be especially mindful of the areas in which you choose to socialise, you will use the private, lockable rooms available within the venue in preference to open playspaces if you do not wish to be engaged by other attendees or within group play. You understand and accept that it is not the responsibility of the hosts or hired staff to safeguard you during any physical interaction. As an adult, you remain responsible for your own actions and welfare at all times.
THE GOLDEN RULE, IRRESPECTIVE OF GENDER - IS ALWAYS ASK IF YOU CAN JOIN A PARTY ATTENDEE BEFORE ANYTHING HAPPENS.
CONSENT means verbally seeking permission from an attendee BEFORE you engage with them. If the answer is not a clear YES, then it is a NO! A ‘MAYBE’ is a not a YES, treat it as a polite NO! Accept the answer with good manners and move on.
Remember also, that people can change their mind and WITHDRAW CONSENT at any time. So, if you get told “NO or STOP PLEASE” accept it graciously, stop and walk away.
UNTIL YOU HAVE CLEARLY RECEIVED VERBAL CONSENT, DO NOT TOUCH ANOTHER ATTENDEE TO GET THEIR ATTENTION, EVEN ON THE ARM.
You warrant to indemnify the party hosts and hired staff against any claims of misconduct. Any reports of sexual misconduct will be notified to the police.
You confirm that you wish to attend parties held by the hosts and confirm that you have READ & UNDERSTOOD the current version of PLEASURE PURSUIT’S RULES & AGREE to abide by them at all times.
You agree, represent and warrant that you will not post, email or make available any content or use this Network:
a. In a manner that infringes, violates or misappropriates any third party's intellectual property rights or other proprietary rights or contractual rights;
b. in a manner that contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
c. to engage in spamming, "chain letters," "pyramid schemes", advertisement of illegal or controlled products or services, or other advertising or marketing activities that violate these Terms of Service, any applicable laws, regulations or generally-accepted advertising industry guidelines;
d. in a manner that is misleading, deceptive or fraudulent or otherwise illegal or promotes illegal activities, including engaging in phishing or otherwise obtaining financial or other personal information in a misleading manner or for fraudulent or misleading purposes;
e. in a manner that is libellous or defamatory, or in a way that is otherwise threatening, abusive, violent, harassing, malicious or harmful to any person or entity, or invasive of another's privacy;
f. in a manner that is harmful to minors in any way;
g. in a manner that is hateful or discriminatory based on race, color, sex, religion, nationality, ethnic or national origin, marital status, disability, sexual orientation or age or is otherwise objectionable;
h. to impersonate any other person, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity, or to obtain access to this Network without authorisation;
i. to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of this Network or prevent others from using this Network, or in a manner that disrupts the normal flow of dialogue with an excessive number of messages (flooding attack) to this Network, or that otherwise negatively affects other persons' ability to use this Network;
j. to use any manual or automated means, including agents, robots, scripts, or spiders, to access or manage any user's account or to monitor or copy this Network or the content contained therein;
k. to facilitate the unlawful distribution of copyrighted content;
l. in a manner that includes personal or identifying information about another person without that person's explicit consent;

q. Post any content containing child pornography to this Network;
r. Post any content that depicts or contains rape, extreme violence, murder, bestiality, incest, or other similar content;
s. Use automated means, including spiders, robots, crawlers, data mining tools, or the like to download data from this Network except for Internet search engines (e.g. Google) and non-commercial public archives (e.g. archive.org) that comply with our robots.txt file, or "well-behaved" web services/RSS/Atom clients. We reserve the right to define what we mean by "well-behaved";
t. Post irrelevant content, repeatedly post the same or similar content or otherwise impose an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on the Network's infrastructure;
u. Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our computer systems or engage in any activity that disrupts, diminishes the quality of, interferes with the performance of, or impairs the functionality of, this Network;
v. Use this Network as a generic file hosting service;
w. Take any action that may undermine the feedback or ratings systems (such as displaying, importing or exporting feedback information off of this Network or for using it for purposes unrelated to this Network); and
x. Develop, invoke, or utilise any code to disrupt, diminish the quality of, interfere with the performance of, or impair the functionality of this Network.
